Chad F. Reynolds

Chad was born and raised in Baton Rouge. He is a graduate of Woodlawn High School, Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and History, and a Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. He was admitted to Louisiana State Bar in 1998. Before opening Legacy Title in 2002, Chad practiced extensively in Successions, Wills & Trusts and Real Estate.

He is married to Julie and they have two children, Ashley and Grant. Chad is very active in his community and church as he is a Past President and Member of the East Baton Rouge Lions Club, as well as Past President, Current Member and Board Member of the St. Jude Parish Men’s Club. Chad has also served as President and Board Member of the St. Jude The Apostle Catholic School Advisory Council.  Chad is also an alumni of the Delta Chi Fraternity, Louisiana State University.  Chad is also proud to be an Eagle Scout.

Ashley Bynum Donald

Ashley is a Houston, Texas native, and graduated high school from Cinco Ranch High School in Katy, Texas.  She moved to Baton Rouge in 2005 to attend Louisiana State University, from which she graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Marketing.  Ashley attended law school at Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, where she earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, as well as a Diploma in Comparative Law.  While in law school, Ashley earned the highest grade in several classes, including Civil Law Property and Business Administration I.  Ashley graduated in the top ten percent of her class, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif upon graduation.

Ashley is licensed to practice in both Louisiana (2012) and Texas (2014).  After graduating from law school in 2012, Ashley spent the first three and one half years of her practice in litigation in federal and state courts across Louisiana and Texas, focusing primarily in employer liability and insurance defense litigation.

Ashley is married to Mark, a Baton Rouge native and graduate of both Catholic High School and Louisiana State University.  Mark and Ashley enjoy traveling, LSU sports, and spending their free time with their two dogs, Murphy and Cooper.  Ashley is a member of the Baton Rouge Rotaract Professional Club of Baton Rouge, a proud Delta Zeta (Sigma) alumni, and loves to volunteer for Companion Animal Alliance.

Maryanna Broussard Haynes

Maryanna Broussard Haynes is a native of Slidell, Louisiana and moved to Baton Rouge in 2004 to attend college. She obtained her B.A. from Louisiana State University in 2008 in Mass Communication with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism. She studied for one year at the James E. Rogers School of Law at the University of Arizona before going on to obtain her Juris Doctor and diploma in Comparative Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 2012. While in law school she earned the CALI Awards for both Land Use and Planning and Bankruptcy Seminar, which is an honor reserved for the highest grade in the class.

Before joining Legacy Title, Maryanna worked in general practice with both litigation and transactional experience. Her broad practice included public and municipal law, insurance defense, general defense, family law, criminal law, workers’ compensation, personal injury, real estate and contracts. At Legacy Title Maryanna is able to utilize her broad experience to more effectively and comprehensively understand and handle real estate transactions.

Maryanna is an active member of the Baton Rouge area community. In addition to her local and statewide bar memberships, she is an alumna of Phi Mu, Alpha Eta Chapter, and is active in the Baton Rouge Alumnae organization. She is also a recent graduate of Livingston Leadership, a one-year program with the Livingston Parish Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of First United Methodist Church of Baton Rouge.

Maryanna lives in Baton Rouge with her husband, Mitchell, and daughter, Harper. In her spare time she enjoys running, dinning, and everything LSU.

Tiffany Ashley

Tiffany Ashley was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana. She obtained her undergraduate degree in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from McNeese State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Tiffany attended Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University where she graduated with a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law Degree in 2008. While in law school, Tiffany was chosen to represent the law school as a member of the moot court team and the trial advocacy team and later inducted into the Wex Malone Inns of Court. Tiffany was active in several organizations on campus including the LSU Trial Advocacy Board, where she served as Vice President, and as an Ambassador for the law school. While at LSU, Tiffany was awarded a CALI Award for the highest grade in Comparative International Law.

Joshua Zelden

Josh was born in Metairie, Louisiana, but raised in Baton Rouge, after he moved with his family at age 7.  He is a graduate Catholic High School in Baton Rouge, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Literature from Thomas More College, in Merrimack New Hampshire. He attended his first year of law school at the University of San Francisco, but obtained his Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center.  He was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 2000.

Josh has over 15 years of experience in real estate and title law, with a concentration in commercial transactions, including sales, lease drafting and negotiation, business entity and development documents, and residential, office, retail and mixed-use condominium development.

Josh has a daughter who attends St. Joseph Academy in Baton Rouge.  He is an active parishioner at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, and enjoys reading and exercise in his spare time.

Michael E. Platte

A lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, Michael he earned his undergraduate degree from LSU and later attended Southern Law Center where he received his law degree. After law school, Michael began his legal career working for a title company in Zachary. Since then, Michael has been involved in a wide range of matters including civil litigation and construction law. During his 10 years of practicing law, Michael has performed multiple real estate transactions. He has also represented buyers, sellers, contractors, investors and other parties in various aspects of real estate transactions and litigation. Michael is also a licensed realtor for the State of Louisiana.

Michael is also active in his community. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Baton Rouge where he served as chairman of the club’s largest fundraiser—Steak & Stake—for 2017-18. He is also the former chairman/founder of the Business/Corporate law section for the Baton Rouge Bar Association; and a former member of the Baton Rouge Rotary Club, where he served as co-chairman of the Rotaract committee.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two small children.

 

Adriane Reese Gulotta

Adriane is a native of Farmerville, LA. She obtained her B.A. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2007. Adriane obtained her Juris Doctor and Diploma in Comparative Law from Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 2012.

Adriane’s practice experience in both state and federal courts includes workers’ compensation, public and municipal law, and police liability. Prior to joining Legacy Title, Adriane worked in Healthcare Compliance for a large New Orleans based health system and a Lafayette based healthcare staffing service, primarily focusing on privacy related issues.

Adriane is married to Adam, a New Iberia native and graduate of Episcopal School of Acadiana, and together they have one son, Reese. Adriane loves traveling, cooking and enjoying amazing restaurants.

Brenda Green

Brenda grew up in Lafayette and graduated from Acadiana High School.  She received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Louisiana State University and then her Juris Doctorate from Paul M. Hebert School of Law at Louisiana State University.  While attending law school she was selected to serve on the Moot Court Board as well as a member of the Wex S. Malone Inn of Court.  Brenda is married to Darriel Green and they have four children, Spencer, Gillian, Anne and Ellen.

Brenda  has an extensive background In defense litigation including medical malpractice, insurance defense, employment and discrimination law.  Additionally, her vast experience included the areas of personal injury and business transactions.  Prior to opening the Legacy Title Office in Lafayette, Brenda managed at another Title Company in Lafayette area immersing herself in real estate law.  Brenda now devotes her practice to commercial and residential real estate matters.  Her background provides her with a unique opportunity to assist her clients in every facet of the transaction.

Becky Roby Ratcliff

Becky is a third generation Baton Rougean. She is a graduate of University High School, The University of Alabama, and received her Masters from Louisiana State University. Having grown up in the real estate industry, she understands the needs of the real estate community. Pam Gallant Grettner

Pam is from Alexandria/Pineville in Rapides Parish where she attended Louisiana College and LSUA. Her family moved to Baton Rouge where she continued her education at LSU studying Mass Communication and Business Management. They fell in love with Baton Rouge and LSU making it their home.
Pam brings over 30 years of experience in the areas of Communications, Marketing, Customer Service and Business Development. After leaving the corporate environment, she entered into Real Estate and was a Realtor for over 8 years where she enjoyed building and selling property. This led her to the title insurance side of the business where she has been in Business Development/Marketing Director for almost 20 years.

She was one of the co-founders of the Women’s Council of Greater Baton Rouge; member of Women Council of Realtors; Quota International, Baton Rouge Area Chamber of Commerce completing Leadership program and serving as an Ambassador for many years, Ascension, Zachary and Livingston Chamber of Commerce and Rotary just to name a few. She also was awarded 2012 Affiliate of the Year for the Greater Baton Rouge Board of Realtors Association. Pam was chosen as one of the Executives to assist in the implementation of the LSU Flores Executive MBA Program which was designed for the working professional who wanted to earn their MBA while continuing to work and build their leadership skills.

Pam lives in Denham Springs with her husband, Donovan. They enjoy exploring life together and spending time with their children and grandchildren. Pam loves cooking for her family, friends and clients. In her spare time interior decorating, crafting and gardening are her passion.

 

Tori Timken

Marketing Director, Lafayette Office

Tori is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana. She has a degree in Marketing, graduating on the Deans List at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Tori’s focus is digital marketing, having specialized knowledge in Google applications, social media management, graphic design, content creation, pay-per-click advertising, and video and photography.

Tori loves volunteer work, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She is new to real estate but eager to be working in the Lafayette Real Estate market!
