Chad was born and raised in Baton Rouge. He is a graduate of Woodlawn High School, Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and History, and a Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. He was admitted to Louisiana State Bar in 1998. Before opening Legacy Title in 2002, Chad practiced extensively in Successions, Wills & Trusts and Real Estate.

He is married to Julie and they have two children, Ashley and Grant. Chad is very active in his community and church as he is a Past President and Member of the East Baton Rouge Lions Club, as well as Past President, Current Member and Board Member of the St. Jude Parish Men’s Club. Chad has also served as President and Board Member of the St. Jude The Apostle Catholic School Advisory Council.  Chad is also an alumni of the Delta Chi Fraternity, Louisiana State University.  Chad is also proud to be an Eagle Scout.

Ashley Bynum Donald

Ashley is a Houston, Texas native. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from Louisiana State University. She attended law school at Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, where she earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude. She is a member of the Order of the Coif after graduating in the top ten percent of her law school class.

Ashley’s law practice is focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions. As for her residential practice, Ashley particularly enjoys her time at the closing table with buyers, sellers, their agents and lenders. Ashley’s commercial experience includes the facilitation of the purchase and sale of a variety of different types of properties, including retail shopping centers, multi-family housing developments, raw land, and office buildings. As part of her practice, she is a licensed Louisiana title insurance producer. Ashley also enjoys teaching real estate agents continuing education on issues impacting the real estate community.

Ashley is married to Mark, a native of Baton Rouge and graduate of Catholic High School. Together, they have two children, Jack and Maggie, as well as two dogs, Murphy and Cooper. They are active parishioners of St. George Catholic Church. In their (very little) free time, Ashley and Mark enjoy attending LSU athletic events.

Maryanna Broussard Haynes

Maryanna Broussard Haynes is a native of Slidell, Louisiana and moved to Baton Rouge in 2004 for college. She obtained her B.A. from Louisiana State University in 2008 in Mass Communication with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism. She studied for one year at the James E. Rogers School of Law at the University of Arizona before moving on to obtain her Juris Doctor and diploma in Comparative Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 2012. While in law school she earned the CALI Awards for both Land Use and Planning and Bankruptcy Seminar, an honor reserved for the highest grade in the class.

Before joining Legacy Title, Maryanna worked in general practice with both litigation and transactional experience. Her broad practice included public and municipal law, insurance defense, general defense, family law, criminal law, workers’ compensation, personal injury, real estate and contracts. At Legacy Title, Maryanna is able to utilize her broad experience to more effectively and comprehensively understand and handle real estate transactions.

Maryanna is an active member of the Baton Rouge area community. In addition to her local and statewide bar memberships, she is a member of Baton Rouge Independent Title Attorneys (BRITA) and the Louisiana Association of Independent Land Title Agents (LAILTA), two organizations dedicated to the growth and effectiveness of the title industry. She is a former Ambassador for the Baton Rouge Area Chamber and a graduate of Livingston Leadership, a one-year program with the Livingston Parish Chamber of Commerce. She is also an alumna of Phi Mu Fraternity (Alpha Eta Chapter) and is active in the Baton Rouge Alumnae organization. She is an active member of First United Methodist Church of Baton Rouge.

Maryanna lives in Baton Rouge with her husband, Mitchell, and children Harper, Pierre, and Ace. In her spare time she enjoys running, dining, community events and everything LSU.

Michael E. Platte

A lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, Michael he earned his undergraduate degree from LSU and later attended Southern Law Center where he received his law degree. After law school, Michael began his legal career working for a title company in Zachary. Since then, Michael has been involved in a wide range of matters including civil litigation and construction law. During his 10 years of practicing law, Michael has performed multiple real estate transactions. He has also represented buyers, sellers, contractors, investors and other parties in various aspects of real estate transactions and litigation. Michael is also a licensed realtor for the State of Louisiana.

Michael is also active in his community. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Baton Rouge where he served as chairman of the club’s largest fundraiser—Steak & Stake—for 2017-18. He is also the former chairman/founder of the Business/Corporate law section for the Baton Rouge Bar Association; and a former member of the Baton Rouge Rotary Club, where he served as co-chairman of the Rotaract committee.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his two small children.

 

Bradford Louis Smith

Bradford is an attorney at Legacy Title, specializing in residential real estate title and business development. Born and raised in the Acadiana area near Sunset/Grand Coteau, he earned his degree in Entrepreneurial Management from LSU in 2006 and his Juris Doctor from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2012. Before joining Legacy Title, he worked as an Oil & Gas landman where he helped manage multi-million-dollar projects across multiple states.

Bradford is married to law-school sweetheart, Natalie, also an attorney at Legacy Title, and they have three wonderful children: Grace, Madison, and Bradford Lyon (“Bubs”). In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending LSU events, running, and coaching his daughters’ soccer teams. Bradford is actively involved in the community, serving as the 2024-2025 President of the Baton Rouge Premier BNI Chapter, the 2024-2025 Membership Director for the Women’s Council of Realtors of Greater Baton Rouge, and the 2025 Treasurer for the Lake Sherwood Club Association. A dedicated parishioner of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, he participates in the STM Men’s Club and coaches the school’s U-10 and U-8 girls soccer teams.

 

Natalie Baily Smith

Natalie was born and raised in Baton Rouge and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History from LSU, with a minor in Classical Civilizations. She received her Juris Doctor from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2012, where she distinguished herself by receiving national recognition for her advocacy skills in the American Bar Association National Arbitration Competition.

Natalie began her legal career in the oil and gas industry, drafting and analyzing mineral leases for major exploration projects while researching and examining mineral and surface titles across multiple states. In 2018, she shifted her focus to real estate law. Now at Legacy Title, she specializes in residential and commercial transactions, with a focus on title examination and issue resolution.

Natalie is married to Bradford, a fellow title attorney at Legacy Title. Together, they have three amazing children—Grace, Madison, and Bradford (aka Bubs)—along with their dog, Rocket, and cat, Tonks. They are parishioners of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, where Natalie serves as Vice President of the STM Home and School Board. She is also actively involved with the LSU Golden Girl Alumnae Group. In her free time, Natalie enjoys traveling, dancing, and going on family adventures.

 

Yvette Bergeron

Yvette is a native of LaPlace, a graduate of St. Charles Catholic, received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from LSU and Juris Doctorate from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Practicing exclusively in real estate since 1995, Yvette has a wealth of experience in both the legal and practical aspects of transactions. In 2010, Yvette opened Title Resource LLC where she provided unsurpassed service
to Realtors, lenders and their clients for over 10 years. At Legacy Title, her team continues to provide personal attention to assure an exceptional closing experience.

Yvette resides in Baton Rouge with her husband, Bill, their children, Lauren and Hayden, and are parishioners of Our Lady of Mercy Church. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, pickleball and dining with friends, especially when
discovering new wines and cuisine.

Adriane Reese Gulotta

Adriane is a native of Farmerville, LA. She obtained her B.A. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2007. Adriane obtained her Juris Doctor and Diploma in Comparative Law from Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 2012.

Adriane’s practice experience in both state and federal courts includes workers’ compensation, public and municipal law, and police liability. Prior to joining Legacy Title, Adriane worked in Healthcare Compliance for a large New Orleans based health system and a Lafayette based healthcare staffing service, primarily focusing on privacy related issues.

Adriane is married to Adam, a New Iberia native and graduate of Episcopal School of Acadiana, and together they have one son, Reese. Adriane loves traveling, cooking and enjoying amazing restaurants.

Pam Gallant Grettner

Pam is from Alexandria/Pineville in Rapides Parish where she attended Louisiana College and LSUA. Her family moved to Baton Rouge where she continued her education at LSU studying Mass Communication and Business Management. They fell in love with Baton Rouge and LSU making it their home.

Pam brings over 30 years of experience in the areas of Communications, Marketing, Customer Service and Business Development. After leaving the corporate environment, she entered into Real Estate and was a Realtor for over 8 years where she enjoyed building and selling property. This led her to the title insurance side of the business where she has been in Business Development/Marketing Director for almost 20 years.

Pam feels that building great relationships are the key to a successful business. She has had the privilege of working with some great Women’s organizations. She was one of the co-founders of the Women’s Council of Greater Baton Rouge; member of Women Council of Realtors; Quota International, Baton Rouge Area Chamber of Commerce completing Leadership program and serving as an Ambassador for many years, Ascension, Zachary and Livingston Chamber of Commerce and Rotary just to name a few. She also was awarded 2012 Affiliate of the Year for the Greater Baton Rouge Board of Realtors Association. Pam was chosen as one of the Executives to assist in the implementation of the LSU Flores Executive MBA Program which was designed for the working professional who wanted to earn their MBA while continuing to work and build their leadership skills.

Pam lives in Denham Springs with her husband, Donovan. They enjoy exploring life together and spending time with their children and grandchildren. Pam loves cooking for her family, friends and clients. In her spare time interior decorating, crafting and gardening are her passion.

 

Tori Timken

Tori is a native of Lafayette, LA where she obtained her degree in Marketing from University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2017. Tori started her career in digital marketing by learning how to build marketing strategies for a variety of clients and assisting in business development through advertisement and marketing means. Tori has specialized knowledge in Google applications, social media management, graphic design, content creation, pay-per-click advertisments and professional videos and photography. Tori has brought these strategies to real estate as a way to build a relationship and connection with industry partners. Her favorite part of her job is making a positive difference in the business of those she helps!

In 2025, Tori joined the Board of Directors for the Acadiana Mortgage Lenders Association. Legacy Title in Lafayette is a part of Acadiana Homes For Heroes with Tori holding the seat for the company. Tori is also a part of the Realtor Association of Acadiana, sitting on multiple committees and participating in industry-wide events often.

In her free time, Tori enjoys being creative, cooking, traveling, spending time with family, friends, and her “four-legged” pals.

 

Ali Tabor

Ali was primarily raised in Youngsville, Louisiana, as the middle child of three. She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. With over a decade of experience in sales and customer service—plus two years as a full-time Realtor—Ali brings a well-rounded perspective to her role at Legacy Title. Her background in real estate allows her to anticipate the needs of both agents and clients, making her a valuable resource throughout the closing process. Passionate about building relationships, Ali is dedicated to providing exceptional support to real estate professionals and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone she works with. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring her new city, curling up with a good book and her pets, or spending time with friends and family.
