ASHLEY DONALD IS THE BEST. HANDS DOWN. Title attorneys can sometimes be perceived as dry and overly technical, but Ashley breaks that mold effortlessly. Her ability to explain a closing package is akin to reading a child's book—clear, concise, and engaging. She infuses humor into the process, making what could be a tedious experience surprisingly enjoyable. Ashley's leaves every client feeling informed and entertained. Really the only reason I am even giving them 2 stars is for their marketing rep, Becky. She was very nice and kind, but I will never do business with Legacy again. From the attorney's behavior, the lack of receptionist and closer communication, to the actual closing it was absolutely the worst experience and service I have ever encountered with a title company.

After going to closings for 6 years as a Realtor, and using numerous title companies. This was my absolute best closing experience!! ASHLEY was amazing. I never laughed and smiled so much during a closing!! GREAT JOB Ashley!
