Inform us of any possible issues that could affect title transfer. Things such as probate, change in marital status, liens etc.

Eliminate delays in funding by staying in touch with your lender. Be sure that you  can furnish all of the required documents prior to the closing date.

Promptly provide payoff information on your existing loans and Social Security Number, if needed.

Notify us immediately if you choose to use a Power of Attorney, since both the lender and our legal staff must approve it.

Choose a Homeowner’s Insurance company as soon as possible. Let Legacy Title know the agent’s name and phone number at least five days prior to closing.
